The EVCheck 1000 tester was created to diagnose high-voltage nickel-metal hydride and lithium-ion battery modules found in hybrid and electric vehicles of brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Honda and other manufacturers. EVCheck 1000 enables simultaneous verification of up to 36 modules consisting of 3 to 12 cells. Using the EVCheck 1000 tester, it is possible to equalize the cell capacity by discharging and charging them with high accuracy to the specified voltage. During the diagnostic process, the tester stops charging the module whose temperature has exceeded a certain value. EVCheck 1000 is additionally equipped with short-circuit protection and protection against polarity change. The battery diagnostics process runs in automatic mode. The process is controlled and monitored on the touch screen. The diagnostic result is saved in the tester's memory, which allows you to create a copy on a USB memory stick.
