Scissor lift designed for wheel alignment of vehicles with a gross weight of up to 5500 kg.

Solidly and aesthetically built scissor lift, designed to work with wheel alignment equipment for vehicles weighing up to 5500 kg. Precision manufacturing using laser cutting and robotic welding, along with moving components made from special materials, ensure a long service life of the lift while reducing service and maintenance costs.

The MM Superlift 5000 SC meets the requirements of all European standards and directives concerning the design and operation of lifting equipment. During deflection tests in accordance with EN 1493, with a load reaching 115% of the nominal lifting capacity, the permissible deflection of 50 mm between the extreme ends of the platforms was not exceeded, which proves the high quality of the product and guarantees high reliability.

The lift is equipped with recesses for turntables together with the turntables themselves, rear suspension slip plates, and a pneumatic, sliding axle lift with a capacity of 3000 kg. The hydraulic drive ensures comfortable and economical operation; the full lifting time does not exceed 55 seconds, and lowering—after releasing the safety locks—is performed without the use of electrical power. Additionally, the lift is equipped with LED workplace lighting and a wired control unit, allowing the lift to be raised and lowered from any position.

Thanks to the use of a dual lowering lock system, an emergency lowering system in the event of a power failure, and a safe lowering function with an audible warning signal, the MM Superlift 5000 SC is characterized by a very high level of safety.

Two installation methods are possible:

floor-mounted installation – in this case, the lift must be equipped with optional drive-on ramps (007935018215)

recessed foundation installation – this type of installation provides a flat surface flush with the workshop floor level, ensuring high working comfort and maximum lift functionality
